About Anita

Anita O’Grady is the Founder of Two Way Communications. Anita has worked in Internal Communications for over ten years, having begun her career in Marketing. She has worked in both SMEs and large organisations, in the IT, Energy and Finance sectors.

Anita has worked with business leaders in her various roles, creating and leading internal communications strategies, supporting each business’s communications goals and building employee engagement.
Anita says: “Internal Communications is such an interesting area to work in. I get to work with people at every level of a business. There is a lot of room for creativity, which I really enjoy. Working in Internal Communications means you get to know your audience by name and build relationships with them- I really enjoy that aspect of my work.”
Anita has a degree in Business Studies from DCU. She has recently completed a Professional Diploma in Project Management with UCD. She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Communications.
